Executive Director — Las Vegas, NV
Dominic Perry is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) with approximately eight years of experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment. His clinical background includes working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, trauma, co-occurring mental health disorders, and complex family dynamics across multiple levels of care. Dominic began his work with Virtue Recovery Center as a therapist at the Corbett residential treatment facility, where he quickly became recognized for his clinical insight and commitment to both clients and staff. Through his dedication to leadership and quality patient care, he progressed into leadership roles and now serves as the Executive Director of Virtue Recovery Center – Outpatient in Las Vegas, Nevada. He earned his Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and his Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada Reno (UNR). In addition to his clinical licensure, Dominic holds advanced credentials in addiction counseling and DOT compliance evaluations. As Executive Director, Dominic oversees outpatient substance use and co-occurring treatment programming while leading initiatives focused on clinical quality, staff development, community outreach, compliance, and program growth. He has played a key role in strengthening relationships with referral sources, universities, healthcare providers, and community organizations throughout Southern Nevada. He is passionate about mentoring clinicians and practicum students, improving access to treatment, and building programs that create meaningful and lasting change for clients and families.

Dr. Rajesh Harripersad, LPC-S, LCDC, EMDR
Regional Executive Director
As a veteran of the U.S. Army and a Doctor of Organizational Leadership, Dr. Rajesh Harripersad brings over 35 years of combined military and clinical experience to his role as Regional Executive Director at Virtue Recovery Center. Licensed as both an LPC-S and LCDC with additional EMDR training, he understands the intersection of trauma, service, and recovery in a way that few clinicians can, having lived it himself. His work extends well beyond the treatment setting. As founder of Don't Walk Alone, a community initiative supporting veterans facing homelessness and addiction, and as an adjunct professor shaping the next generation of counselors, Dr. Harripersad has dedicated his career to serving those who are often hardest to reach. That same mission-driven commitment defines every aspect of his leadership at Virtue Recovery Center.

Drue Seigerman, LPC, LCDC
Executive Director — Houston, TX
Drue Seigerman is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Drug Counselor. He received his first master's degree in Human Services from Cappella University and his second master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. As the Executive Director of Virtue Recovery Houston, Drue has developed and implemented numerous programs to meet the needs of the mental health and addiction community. For over 20 years Drue has been an expert in the field of addictions and has presented at numerous national conferences on how to work with oppositional clients in the group setting. Drue has also been a guest speaker on several radio shows including NBC discussing various behavioral health topics. As an Adjunct Professor Drue brings his knowledge in the field of mental health and addictions to students seeking to obtain certification as an alcohol and drug counselor in the state of NJ. As a former New York City Police Officer, Drue brings a unique background to the field in helping those in need.

Arizona Regional Executive Director
Tony Renello is a seasoned behavioral health executive with over 14 years of progressive leadership experience in the mental health and substance use treatment field. He has a demonstrated track record of developing, scaling, and optimizing treatment centers from the ground up, spanning the full continuum of care, including detoxification, residential, and outpatient services. Tony brings extensive expertise in regulatory compliance and accreditation, consistently leading organizations to achieve and sustain the highest industry standards, including The Joint Commission (JCAHO) and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). His leadership is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, high-quality patient care, and long-term compliance within complex healthcare environments. He began his career as a floor support specialist, where he quickly recognized his passion for behavioral health and committed to continuous professional and academic advancement. Tony earned a Master's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Capella University, in addition to an MBA in Healthcare Management. He is a Licensed Independent Addictions Counselor (LIAC) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Throughout his career, Tony has held a range of senior leadership roles, including Program Manager and Chief Clinical & Compliance Officer. He is widely recognized for implementing evidence-based practices and driving innovative, patient-centered programming that improves clinical outcomes and strengthens organizational performance. In addition to his executive leadership, Tony has served as Vice President of the Arizona Board for Certification of Addiction Counselors since 2019, supporting the advancement of professional standards and workforce development within the field. He also serves as a committee member for the Addiction Recovery Academic Review Committee, contributing to the ongoing development and oversight of behavioral health education and certification standards.
