Common Questions About Admission
Have questions? We have answers.
How long does the admission process take?
The admission process can be completed in as little as a few hours. Many clients call in the morning and are admitted the same day. We understand that when you're ready to get help, you want to start right away.
What happens when I call?
You'll speak with a compassionate admissions counselor who will listen to your situation, answer your questions, and explain your options. There's no pressure or obligation—just confidential support from people who understand what you're going through.
What should I bring to treatment?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for 7-14 days, personal hygiene items, any prescription medications (in original containers), and a photo ID. We'll provide a complete packing list after your initial call. Leave valuables and jewelry at home.
Can I bring my phone?
Phones are typically restricted during the first few days to help you focus on treatment. After that, phone privileges are earned as part of the program. We'll keep your loved ones updated on your progress.
What if I'm currently taking medications?
Bring all prescription medications in their original containers. Our medical team will review your medications and ensure continuity of care. If you're on medication-assisted treatment, we can coordinate with your current provider.
Can my family visit during treatment?
Yes! Family involvement is an important part of recovery. We have designated visiting hours and offer family therapy sessions. Your treatment team will discuss the visitation schedule during orientation.
What happens if I've tried treatment before?
Many people need more than one attempt at treatment—that's completely normal. Our team will review what worked and what didn't in previous treatment to create a more effective plan this time.
Is the admission process confidential?
Absolutely. All calls and information are kept strictly confidential under federal HIPAA regulations. We will never contact your employer or share information without your written consent.
What if I don't have insurance?
We offer various payment options including self-pay plans and financing. Our admissions team can discuss all available options during your first call. Cost should never prevent you from getting help.
Can I tour the facility before committing?
Absolutely. We encourage prospective patients and families to visit our facility. Contact our admissions team to schedule a tour and meet our staff. This can help you feel more comfortable about the treatment environment.
Still have questions? Our team is here to help.
